Find Your Device Name

Windows

To find your PC name for remote support:

• Click on the Start Menu and type Name

• Click on View Your PC name

• Click Copy below the Device specifications section.

View Your PC name should show at the top of the start menu

Click Copy below the Device specifications section. Only send this information to production IT staff.

MacOS

To see information about your Mac:

• Click top left Apple menu

• Click About This Mac

• Copy the Serial Number

Only send this information to production IT staff.
