Occasionally it may be required to send a laptop or computer equipment to the Production IT office for repair or replacement.
If this is the case you may request a plastic tote box and pre-paid shipping label for collection. Laptops can be collected from your office or residential address.
Returning / Requesting computer equipment
- Fill out the Computer Maintenance / Pickup form
- Ensure the laptop is padded on all sides and is not able to contact the sides of the box when held at any angle. You can use bubble wrap to achieve this.
- Wait for confirmation from the IT / Logistics departments on how to proceed.
Fill out the Equipment Return Form if you need to start return. This allows us to quickly share the necessary information with the courier.
