Click Sign in with your Microsoft work or school account
Select the email after verifying its not spam and click Release
Check Modify my friends, enemies, or other filter settings
Uncheck Submit a copy of this message for review if it contains sensitive information
You can also manually add email addresses to your friends list under the Polices tab to prevent further messages being blocked.
